Our train departs from Felton and winds through the forest enroute to the summit of Bear Mountain. The journey lasts approximately one hour, and there's the opportunity to take in the stunning scenery from closed or open-air train cars.

Rejoining our coach, we continue to the city of Santa Cruz, where we pause with time for an independent lunch before continuing our drive inland to our hotel at the gateway to Yosemite National Park.
